This charming villa is situated on a hill with a beautiful view over the sea; the access to the pool is through a stone staircase.

Torre delle Stelle is located in the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, about 35 km from Cagliari and about 15 from Villasimius; It is a pleasant village that overlooks 2 white sand beaches and plenty of rocky bays accessible by trails, and in the countryside. It offers relaxation, tranquility, privacy and fun.

The area has 2 beaches of white sand, the sea is crystal clear and in this area the summers are longer because the weather is pleasant all year round. The beaches are ideal for small children, with water that gets deep gradually. Torre delle Stelle is provided for general grocery stores, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tennis courts, soccer field, a diving school, a nautical club and other water sports.

INTERIOR

The villa is on two levels.
Customers can enter in the living room through a terrace overlooking the pool and bay. On the same level there is the kitchen, a shower and a twin bedroom.

From the living room via a wooden staircase leads to the second level where you will find:
a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a rooftop terrace overlooking the pool and the sea; two twin bedrooms (may be combined) and another double bedroom with sea view and a bathroom with shower.

Accessories: DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, outdoor shower, BBQ, cot, high chair, air conditioning, heating.


The price does not include: € 37.00 per person per week for bed linen and towels, gas and final cleaning; electricity € 0.35 per kilowatt; water consumption € 1.00/cubic meter (meter reading will be communicated via SMS and be charged via credit card).
