Ground floor: large well equipped kitchen with dining area, toilet , living room with 2 sofa beds.

First floor: double bedroom with bathroom with shower ( no bidet) , double bedroom, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower.

Second floor: bathroom with bath tub.

Accessories : Satellite TV, DVD , Wi -Fi , stereo, oven , freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker , dishwasher, heating, washing machine , iron , air conditioning , cot , barbecue, parking. Pets are allowed.

OUTDOOR

Casa Falciani offers a well-tended garden equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers, parasols, private swimming pool (6 x 12 m - maximum depth 1,40 m - open from 01 /04 to 31/ 10), heated outdoor pool with Jacuzzi heated water (7 seats), barbecue , veranda, playground for children.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a small pool table and table football. The parking is inside the property.

Final Cleaning (mandatory): 150.00€, valid from 6 January 2024

Tourist tax (mandatory): 2.00€ per person per day

Extra services: maid service available by arrangement (€ 10,- / per hour to be paid on the spot). Extra bed available on request at € 70,- / per week (payment on site). It is possible to arrange cooking classes and cooking service.
Small pets are allowed.
