La Pacchia is a recently built villa and, in keeping with the architectural traditions and folklore of the place is entirely built of stone and the ceilings have typical exposed beams and bricks, while the furniture was chosen for the functionality of modern alternating with ethnic and rustic ideas. Outside, a large pergola destined as a dining area allows guests to have alfresco meals, lulled in the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside. The villa is provided with accessories to make the guests’ stay more pleasant, in first place the fitness centre, with gym, colour therapy shower, heated whirlpool tub, both indoor and outdoor, and Turkish bath. The large garden, with an attractive illuminated fountain in the centre, enables guests to take walks in the open air and to admire the green and luxuriant landscape of the surrounding valleys from the hill. Located between the medieval towns of Todi and Orvieto, in a splendid panoramic position overlooking the enchanting green countryside which can be seen from all sides of the house, La Pacchia is the ideal spot for those looking for an out of the ordinary holiday with the unique combination of nature, history and art, where it is easy to let oneself be conquered by the excellent wine and food, to be inspired in front of the spirituality of the religious sites and to be bewitched by the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside.
INTERIOR
The villa has two floors. The main entrance on the ground floor leads directly through an archway into the living room with fireplace. Next to it is the kitchen with barbecue and wood oven. The living area and the kitchen share the outside portico, furnished with table and chairs, which is reached through the two French windows. In front of the entrance is the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. On this floor are a toilet and laundry room as well as the fitness centre with Turkish bath, whirlpool tub, colour therapy shower and a well equipped gym. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor with TV room, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The TV room has two French windows, one of which leads out to a large terrace at the back of the house whilst the other leads, along a pathway, to the outer steps which lead down to the ground floor. A wooden staircase in the living room leads up to the other wing of the house. On the first floor is a loft with divans, a study, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two pull-out beds, both with ensuite bathroom with tub.

EXTERIOR
The park, cultivated mainly as an olive grove, extends for about 3 hectares. The garden around the villa is about 1500 sq m and is composed of large areas of lawn, stone paths and olive trees and cypresses. In the area between the portico and the swimming pool is an attractive illuminated round pool. The large portico, paved in terracotta, in front of the kitchen and the living room, is furnished with table and chairs, allowing guests to partake of alfresco meals, immersed in the silence of the surrounding countryside, in front of a breathtaking view. The property is entirely enclosed.
POOL
The large infinity pool is about 30 m from the house and can be reached by a flight of steps or across the lawn. It is situated in a particularly panoramic hill position. It is rectangular in shape and measures 7 x 14 m with a depth varying from 70 cm to 250 cm. A ladder offers easy access to the pool which has been predisposed as an endless pool. It is lined in PVC with chlorine purification. The shower next to the pool has both hot and cold water. The pool is illuminated both inside and outside and there are also manually operated spotlights on the terracotta paving of the solarium. The solarium area is provided with sun umbrellas and sunbeds for sunbathing and enjoying the magnificent panorama and there is also a warm whirlpool tub next to an attractive waterfall fountain. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
